4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Digital Services & Subscriptions

For services such as social media promotion, digital content, or subscriptions:

  • Refunds are only provided if the service was not delivered as described;

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations after service has begun;

  • For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the billing cycle already started.
